Clementine
Clementine juice is obtained by squeezing the endocarp or interior of the clementine. This fruit family includes varieties such as Clemenvilla, Clemenpons, Hernandina, and their hybrids such as Satsuma. The picking season is similar to that of the orange, beginning with the early varieties in September and ending with the later varieties in May - June.
Though clementine juice also has a high vitamin C content, it is less acidic than orange juice.
