Apricot

The peel and stones are removed before blending the apricots to produce a purée.

Most of our apricots are sourced in the Murcia region, where the varieties we select are mainly Bulida, Canino, Nancy, Paviot and Moniqui.

Apricots have a very short picking season, from May to June, depending on the climatic conditions in a given year.
